"With DMS we have achieved our goals in cold room headcount reductions, reduced our overtime by 50%, pick errors are down to 1-5 per day from 20-30, and cold room dumps from rotational problems have been reduced by 65%. Finally, our loadouts have been finishing at 12:30 a.m. on small days and 2:00 a.m. on large days. Our largest day to date was 635,000 gallons, and we finished at 4:00 a.m. We have now started custom loading the straight trailers and have not suffered any decrease in productivity."
